Our posted price assumes an unlocked phone with a healthy battery, an intact screen and no iCloud lock. Every adjustment comes from one of these, and never from a back room.
Battery health
85% or above keeps the full price. Between 80% and 85% takes off about $25. Below 80%, the phone needs a new battery before resale, which takes off about $60.
Screen & back glass
Light scratches don’t change anything. A cracked front screen moves you to the cracked price. Cracked back glass takes off $60–$120 depending on the model.
iCloud & Find My
The phone has to be signed out of your Apple Account. If you forget, it’s a two-minute fix at the counter, as long as you know your password.
Carrier & IMEI
Unlocked phones get the best price. We also check every IMEI against the national blacklist. Phones reported lost, stolen or unpaid can’t be bought.

Back up your iPhone
Use iCloud or a computer, and make sure the backup finishes. Once we reset the phone, the data can’t be recovered.

Sign out of your Apple Account
Go to Settings, tap your name, then Sign Out. This turns off Find My and Activation Lock. It’s the most common reason a sale gets held up.

Remove your SIM or eSIM
Take out the SIM card or delete the eSIM, and unpair your Apple Watch if you have one.

Bring a photo ID
Florida’s secondhand dealer law (Ch. 538) requires us to record a government-issued photo ID for every purchase.

Bring the box if you have it
An original box and cable add a little to your price. Sealed iPhone 18 Pro boxes get our top price.

How much is my iPhone 18 Pro worth?
Right now, an unlocked iPhone 18 Pro Max in like-new condition gets $1,010 in cash and an iPhone 18 Pro gets $920, at 256GB. Sealed, unopened phones get more. Use the quote tool above for your exact storage and condition.
Is the regular iPhone 18 out yet?
No. In September 2026, Apple released only the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. The standard iPhone 18 is expected in spring 2027. If you see someone selling a “base iPhone 18” today, it’s a mislabeled listing.
Is it better to sell my iPhone or trade it in to Apple?
It depends on what you want. Apple gives you credit that only works at Apple, and it lowered values on most older models on Sept 15, 2026. We pay cash you can spend anywhere, and we buy cracked phones that Apple often values low or only offers to recycle. Compare both prices in the table above.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we’re open. If you’re selling five or more devices, call ahead so we can have enough cash ready.
What do I need to bring?
Your iPhone and a valid government-issued photo ID. Florida law requires us to record ID for every secondhand purchase. A charger and original box add a little to your price but aren’t required.
Do you buy cracked or broken iPhones?
Yes. Cracked screens, cracked back glass, bad batteries, water damage and phones that won’t turn on. Cracked screens get our cracked price; phones that won’t power on get a quote at the counter. Selling a cracked phone as-is almost always makes more sense than repairing it first.
Do you buy carrier-locked iPhones?
Yes, for about 30% less than unlocked, because locked phones sell to a smaller market. If your phone is paid off, ask your carrier to unlock it first. It’s free and usually takes a few days.
What happens to my data?
After you’ve signed out of your Apple Account and agreed to the price, we factory reset the phone in front of you. Back up first, because a reset can’t be undone.
Will the price at the store match my online quote?
Yes, as long as the phone matches what you selected. If our test finds something different, like lower battery health or a cracked back, we show you the result and the adjusted price. You’re always free to say no and keep your phone.
